Daniel Roan has been in the building industry for the last 20 years, Daniel graduated with a Bachelor of Building Science from Victoria University of Wellington in 1999. Daniel brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to produce a reliable and accurate HHS report.
Daniel is a certified Homefit energy assessor by NZGBC since 2019.
The heart of the company
Cosy Spaces’ installing team members are all professional. We have been installing heat pumps for the last 10 years and is a fully accredited installer for some of the well known brands such as Panasonic, Toshiba, Mitsubishi and Hitachi. Our team only uses top quality parts to ensure a job is right the first time and no comebacks. We have in house register electrician to produce the code of compliance to ensure all our electrical complies with the regulation.
